The Arrival Story

Jennifer is amazing! At our 40 week midwife appointment (10 am May 11) Jennifer was feeling some discomfort that the midwife attributed to early labour - we even booked our next appointment for May 17! When we got home from the clinic Jennifer went out for some groceries (following the standard advice to ignore early labour as long as possible), but when she got back we started to wonder if there was more than just early labour going on. Our midwives arrived shortly after 3:00 pm and our beautiful baby girl was born in the nursery we had prepared for her at 5:57pm!
